This iconic, award-winning development is perched just yards from the edge of the Atlantic, and each beautifully  designed, stylish cottage is named after the ocean environment in which the village is nestled. Whether you choose a ‘Seaspray’, ‘Tide’, ‘Beach’, ‘Waterside’, ‘Fistral’, ‘Lifeboat’, ‘Mariners’ or ‘Huers’ cottage, you will be just paces from the golden sands of Little Fistral beach. Any cottage described as having a sea view will have at least one view of the sea from its sitting room, and ‘Mariners 2’ boasts a spectacular 270-degree coastal view from its living area on the towering fourth floor. Cottages/apartments with a sea glimpse or village view, benefit from sheltered gardens and balconies, and the prices are reduced.

Each cottage/apartment has an en suite master bedroom with a 5’ four-poster bed, and any additional rooms are en suite twin rooms. There will be a welcome tea tray on arrival, and a daily light clean of the bedrooms and bathrooms. Beds are made up with feather duvets, linen and bath towels are all provided. Please bring your own beach and outdoor pool towels.

1 BEDROOM

Walk hand-in-hand along the sandy coves and rugged coastline just footsteps from your beach retreat, pop some Champagne and watch the sunset from your private balcony. Sink into the bath, curl up in front of the log effect gas-fire or pad around in waffle-towelling robes. While fantastic for couples, new families will appreciate the cot in most cottages. The en suite bedrooms have 5′ four-poster beds, bathrooms with a double ended bath and comfortable sitting room and kitchen areas.

2 BEDROOM

Our two bedroom cottages offer plenty of room to relax on your private decking, kick back in the comfy living area and create culinary delights in the kitchen.

Your luxury cottage comes bedecked with mod cons and creature comforts, while the contemporary interiors make the most of the light and the coastal location. Any cottage described as having a sea view will have at least one view of the sea from its sitting room – ‘Mariners 2’ enjoys spectacular 270˚ coastal views from its living area on the towering fourth floor. Cottages/apartments with a ‘sea glimpse’ or ‘village view’ benefit from sheltered gardens and balconies, and have reduced tariffs. Many of the two-bedroom cottages have a cot, and/or an extra pullout bed. Each cottage/apartment has an en suite master bedroom with a 5′ four-poster bed; the second bedroom is an en suite twin room.

3 BEDROOM

Perfect for a family holiday in Cornwall, the spacious, family-size, three-bedroom self-catering Headland Cottages offer luxury and comfort at the ocean’s edge, perched in view of the rolling Atlantic waves.

Every morning, awake and revitalise under the power of a giant walk-in shower then swathe yourself in a waffle robe and enjoy a coffee on the sunlit balcony. Escape for a day of fun and leave the tidying up to us before returning to your  cottage, ready for evening sundowners. These plush, self-contained cottages offer well-equipped kitchens, family-size dining areas, contemporary en suite bedrooms, private decks and large living areas with squishy sofas, entertainment systems and log-effect gas fires. Most of the three-bedroom Headland Cottages come equipped with a cot and an extra pullout bed. The master bedrooms all have luxuriously comfortable 5′ four-poster beds, while the additional bedrooms are en suite twin rooms.
