Most of our traditional Mexican dishes are cooked to authentic Mexican recipes using fresh herbs, lemon and lime juice, imported spices and Mexican beer or tequila marinades, a small amount, if any, chili peppers are used. However if you do like it hot, try pepping things up with some of our habanera chili and pineapple sauce, which is made from the hottest chili on the planet.
