Welcome to The Sanctuary - The urban oasis in the heart of Newquay town centre

Welcome to our town cottage – The Sanctuary. Comprising simple clean accommodation, in a quiet, yet very central location, less than 100 metres from town centre. There is a variety of shops, restaurants, fast food outlets and multi-screen Cinema in close proximity of the property.
Fully equipped kitchen, lounge with free view tv, and wifi throughout the property. Three double bedrooms, two shower rooms, and two WC. There is free parking for two medium cars to the front of the property. Newquay’s famous beaches are close by, the closest being Towan Beach about 300 metres away from The Sanctuary.

The space:
Warm welcome to The Sanctuary, we hope you will love staying here. You will have exclusive use and quiet enjoyment of the whole house, to include;
Lounge, kitchen with decked courtyard via patio doors, three double bedrooms, two shower rooms and two WC. There is off road parking immediately in front of the property, which is a huge bonus as parking in Newquay at peak times can be a challenge.
PLEASE NOTE: Parking to the front of the property is strictly at owners risk. We accept no liability for damage.
Guest access: To the whole property
About the owners: James and I live locally, so we are always available via text or email, to answer questions or offer advice
Other things to note: Please be aware this is a quirky old fashioned property and there are uneven floor levels/surfaces, and occasional low doorway
Please note: There is no washing machine available in the property, however there is a laundrette, less than a minute walk away, on route to Sainsbury’s. We do have a retractable washing line attached to the wall in the enclosed back courtyard, with a supply of pegs available for use.
