Porth Sands Penthouse is a beautiful romantic beach apartment, situated right on Porth Beach in Cornwall.

The property has two bedrooms, bedroom one has a beautiful King size bed, dressed for romance, with an en suite shower room. Bedroom two has two single beds that can be made into a super king. All beds have excellent quality mattresses and white cotton-rich linen.

The main bathroom consists of a bath with a shower, toilet and sink, towels are included but please bring your own beach towels.

The open plan lounge, kitchen, the diner has full fold back doors onto the balcony, where you will enjoy stunning sea views. In the lounge area, there is modern comfortable seating, TV, DVD, Echo and a good range of books and DVD’s for you to enjoy.

The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, full-size fridge freezer and all the equipment needed to cook a romantic meal, even a roast dinner. There will also be a welcome tray ready to greet you.

The balcony has seating and is fantastic for an Al Fresco breakfast or chilled glass of wine in the sun during the afternoon. The balcony is the ideal spot to watch the amazing sunsets Cornwall has to offer.

There is also a lift, designated parking space, a surf store, and an outside shower. Between 1st April and the end of October, you will have free use of the Swimming pool facilities at the nearby Porth Veor Manor.

The apartment has underfloor heating throughout the apartment, so whatever the time of year this is the perfect spot!
