Following the amazing outpour of love to Walnut and his family, this is now set to be an annual event.
Details are now being finalised…
This is a chance for you all to remember your animal, your lost one or anything you feel needs remembering. The great, positive worldwide community reaction to the original walk on ‘Remembrance Saturday’ 2016 brought so any people together globally in one moment, one moment that we can continue each year.
Meet on the beach, have a walk with each other for an hour or so and help raise funds for 2 charities, 1 animal & 1 human charity….this years charities will be St. Francis Home for Animals and Cornwall Air Ambulance.
Car parking, to respect local residents, is allowed at Porth Beach Holiday Park. Huge thanks to the guys at the holiday park for allowing us to use it on the day.
As recommended by St. Francis Home for Animals:
“There will be lots of dogs there so as long as your dog doesn’t pester others who may need to be on lead for their own reasons then that’s your choice. Come prepared to put dogs on lead if it is as busy as we think it is. If that makes sense?”
