Newquay Event - 30th Boardmasters in Newquay

The MUST-DO summer event kicks off on August 10 bringing you the UK's BIGGEST surf, skate and music festival ever witnessed on the North Coast of Cornwall. Newquay hosts a bulging line-up of heavyweight acts and world class surf - with six stages offering the best live music, great beach gigs and all-action sports - here waiting for you.

LATEST - Wednesday sees the Beach Bar and Trade Village open for business. There's loads of great shops open on the beach to cater for all your surfing, skate and BMX needs. It's also the opening day of the Beach Bar which will host local acoustic acts and DJs during the day and We Are The Ocean, Deaf Havana and Everything Burns kicking off the first of 2011’s Beach Sessions.

Later in the week there's even more great music in the Beach Bar with Newton Faulkner, Charlie Simpson, Dub Pistols Live, Dancefloor Outlaws and DJ Ollie Stratton all taking to the stage.  Entrance - 18+ ticket only.
