On January 1, 2012, Newquay's New Year Day Dip for CLIC saw some really cool (not to say quite chilly) dudes brave the extremely bracing conditions with a charity fund raising plunge into the waters of the Atlantic Ocean.

Sheltered only by the surrounds of the Newquay Harbour walls, the feisty men, women, boys and girls - together with an assortment of canine companions - braved the elements on the first day of the New Year to raise money for the CLIC Sargent charity which provides for children with cancer.
